    Yoga in daily life against back pain, drop in

    This course is suitable for both beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners.

    Yogamats are available (please bring your own cloth or larger towel to put on yogamat), meditation pillow (if you need it), comfortable clothes and socks, please.

    Jana holds an International yoga certification Yoga in daily life since 2012.

    Specialization: Courses for beginngers, intermediate, advanced, yoga against back-pain as well as on courses for children (age from 3 and older). Lectures are led in Czech and English.
